Just got new hatch struts, 2001 GTS ... how to install them? ---
Just looked at mine and it's pretty obvious that the switch (plastic housing/metal contact that rides along slider of strut) is moved over to the new strut. Michelin Pilot Super Sport Review

I have some hot rodder friends that are going to get back to me after doing some checking with THEIR friends. I agree, it really depends on the individual, but a shop's reputation can keep from getting Bubba with a power drill and metal wheel.- Bird325

Valve stem question
ART told me at the Roundup that they were no longer working on normal customer cars and were only doing RACE vehicles. They worked on my car in the past and would not be doing it any more. That was back in the Spring of this year. Guess they moved on to a less expensive shop to continue...- Bird325

2006 coupe won't spin tires just flooring it?
I don't know about the Gen III's, but I can't floor my Gen II in the power band in any of the first 3 gears without breaking loose even with almost new PS2 tires. I'd say you have something holding back your power at lower RPM's. Ditto on the usual stuff ... plugs, wires and injectors. Of...- Bird325

Looking to buy a GTS and saw this today
Every Gen II that I've seen that's been driven has some evidence of bubbling paint on the valve covers. The only exception has been those that have been reworked. Don't cut corners on the powder coating as a special prep process has to be followed by a person that knows what they are doing...- Bird325

Go for the WD first, if that doen't work (in a shaded garage with the body cooled down), you'll have to get more aggressive with some of the other suggestions.
