Bill, Glad you like the change. Yes, it can take a little longer until you figure the body parts out. Just to set the record straight for everyone else (you had to get this right or it wouldn't have fit)...but the the pipe you had made is TWENTY THREE AND A HALF INCHES.....not 33 1/2". Dead SRT10-No electric life
It sounds as if the security module (whatever it's called) got confused when the battery became discharged. It thinks that you are trying to steal the car and won't let you in. Disconnet the battery from the car and leave it off for 20 minutes. Reconnect it and then try again. If it doesn't work...- Russ Oasis

Cytech Double Park Lift (getting 3 cars in a 2 car garage)
I have 4 of the Cytech. I recommend them highly. They are easy to work with and nice guys. None of the lift manufacturers recommend bolting the lift corners into the concrete. The way they designed the seat doesn't make sense. To see the lights and the fact that they are lit, you have to have the seat in the middle of the room. You cannot use this seat against a wall. Also, the seats themselves should either look more like the Viper bucket seat or a lot less like...- Russ Oasis

FISHING FOR TIRES
My experience is only with the Hoosier VRL's (and a brief encounter with the Compound A's which I won't even mention). I find heat cycles 1+2 great as Bob said. 3-5 are OK but begin to fall off. 5-9 cycles are safe, however, you could never win a race or qualify with tires with that many heat...- Russ Oasis

Doc, As important as how much tread is on your tires is how old they are. If they are more than 2 years old, you're likely going to do much better with a new set. Trickle charger?
The Battery Tender is made by Deltran. Look them up on the internet. I think that they may be sensitive to voltage as I have 11 of them in my garage and 3 of them died at once. I suspect that a voltage spike or dip may have been the culprit or maybe they just died. They are about $60 each.- Russ Oasis
