    Becareful !! I have a 69 Z-28 w/ a 383 stroker..these are 1/4 mile cars...My Rt has alot more top end, but in the quarter? not a chance..They hook alot better than vipers do..However, a supercharger or NX system could help ya ! Good luck....If its a stock 396 ..you'll when ! 2000RT (steel...

    quick ?? Thumping noise !

    had to slide about 20 ft..on Friday nite to avoid hitting a deer,,,after that the car has a thumping noise...It almost feels like a flat tire...It almost goes away at higher speeds.. My tires are new on rear (Pilot sports)..Whats wrong? Flat spots? John 2000RT
