    Custom Fuel Injector/Rail Setup

Well, if you're set on a 300 shot, you should have a generalization on the required fuel system. If you don't, you need to do more research before moving forward. It's a dangerous situation if you don't have everything well planned prior. Considering that turbo cars need 550cc-750cc injectors...

Just got back from the Porsche dealer. . .

I needed something local and quick. I work with the Hummer and Subaru/Porsche/Audi dealer, so it wasn't just a random dealer stop. But usually, when it comes to Viper, I do stick with VCA vendors. Nick

Just got back from the Porsche dealer. . .

Yeah it's sad. One thing I was thinking while waiting for the car was how nice the dealer was vs. the local dodge dealer. I was pretty happy that the dodge dealer wouldn't touch it. :D I would've been fine with a test drive. :drive: Nick

    The Threat of E15

Depending on the car, you don't have to do anything besides tune for E85. Most new car fuel systems are fine with E85, but require bigger injectors to compensate for more fuel. Ex: a WRX needs 740cc injectors, walbro255lph, and a tune to run E85 (stock injectors are 440cc and the oem pump...

Just got back from the Porsche dealer. . .

. . . where I had my wheels balanced because the Dodge dealer wouldn't do it and none of the other tires shops in town could get it to their lifts and were afraid of how wide the rear tires are. :rolaugh: So thank you Delta Porsche. :2tu: Forgot my camera, but there was a new, all white...

spark plug wear; is this normal? (56K there are some big pics)

Talking to a local that tunes Vipers. Since this car has seen many track days with the previous owner, wondering if leaded race fuel may have caused some of the build up. Nick

Thank you. There are not pit marks, it's more of a build up. Nick

spark plug wear; is this normal? (56K there are some big pics)

Thanks everyone. The black marks? All the plugs were knocked around in the box before the pictures, so some of the white soot has come off. Never changed the fuel filter. Car came catless, with no cels. No idea if the car has been tuned, I assumed stock tune since it's basically stock...

spark plug wear; is this normal? (56K there are some big pics)

I did a spark plug change on my '99 ACR: catless, B&B cbe, and mopar wires (stock :dunno: ). History: It was a TX car for 18k, so 91 octane. I've had it for 5k miles and run 93 octane. I do not know the age of the plugs. Plug 10 was in the worst shape, so it has the close ups...
