in the real world, most high performance car owers can't drive their car well And will lose a race against a more advanced car (or easier to drive), even though it's technically slower in a perfect race...
true, as with any car that is driven hard the mileage goes down...

yea, this Veyron ran 10.1 @ 139 MPH last time out, he only wants to race exotics, we are trying to setup and Aventador vs Veyron run.... and we'll have a SLR that runs in the 9's as well.....
as for Vipers, seems like a lot of 'show and shine' lately....

the GTTS is a PIA to launch, got one decent launch, tried a couple more times and then just gave rides down the strip.... car went 10.07 @ 148 with the boost turned down till 100MPH...

It's possible, but not likely..... The new GT-R is tested at 2.8 seconds 0-60 MPH, and should run in the 10's easily.... the Viper will pass it by from a roll and after the 1/4 mile though....
I'm sure there will be some runs with the new Viper at MIR with optimal weather and track prep...
