removable numbers???
I'm sick of razor blades and heat guns. Any scientists out there? Do you think if I attached small magnets on the inside of my door skins that I could hold a 14" x 10" magnetic sheet (numbers and class designation printed on it) on the outside? If so, do these sheets hold up to 140-170 mph...- 99t1

Viper walks away from a ZO6?
What is this propaganda that keeps getting pushed in my face (by my Vette lovin friend) about an 01 ZO6 doing 0-60 in a flat 4.0 seconds. I don't belive it. My GTS can't do 4.0 (at least I don't think so) and it will walk away from any stock Vette Z06 or not. What's up with this? Even Chevy...- 99t1

My Blue '01 RT is in I Status...
Re: My Blue \'01 RT is in I Status... Sorry to tell you this but according to my dealer, typical I status is 40 days. My 01 ACR was in for 65. They seem to have problems with the hoods. Apparently they put on dummy hoods for the line then replace them in I status.- 99t1

Looking for viper trailer
For open trailers in aluminum Trailex (www.trailex.com) is pricey but in my opinion the best or try Deande Trailers 100 LEXINGTON AVE TRENTON, NJ 08618-2380 I got a great steel open trailer form them with a large tire rack for @$2300.- 99t1

How about I send DC a copy of my national competition license and the new log book (by the way my 01 ACR is only legal in SCCA after 5/1/01) I get from my annual tech to prove the car is being used for T1 and then DC reimburses me for the belts I had to purchase from Partsrack to replace the...- 99t1

To clarify...it appears (today) that the ACR 5 point belts are NOT legal for SCCA club racing. Look on the sub belt for a tag with an FIA number. If it is FIA C-154.T/98 it is NOT legal in SCCA and further more not legal anymore with FIA. It is wierd that the FIA specs were updated today...- 99t1

What a beautiful car the 01 ACR is. I love it!!! I don't know why they fell short on the belts. The 5 point belts are not legal for SCCA club racing. SCCA requires SFI 16.1 01 ACR belts are FIA C-154.T/98 check out http://www.fia.com/homepage/selection-a.html- 99t1
