You have it opposite. The lower number means the rubber is softer. Just go to the tire rack site and look up the competition tire treadwear ratings. Most if not all are well below 100.
I think Dodge needs to produce a comp coupe bodied street car. The SRT-10 coupe leaves me with no desire to trade in my GTS. A street legal comp coupe will send me running to the dealer.

I had both the 3.55s and the Fidanza flywheel installed at the same time. I am very happy with the result. There was no significant adverse effect on drivability and it didn't take any time to get used to.
