That video was fun to watch but not fare in the least to the Vette. Anyone who looses a drag race to an NSX does not deserve to be behind the wheel. 400hp vs. 290hp
Barry, do not take the things those kids typed to heart. They are brand loyal and it hurt their feelings. Most of them are...
I spent $700 in parts for my previous cars fuel system. Twin Walboro's, Two huge filters, two -6 feeds, FPR, and tons of misc AN fittings and line. Make sure you tape the line with electrical tape before you cut. I found it was best to make the first cut with bolt cutters, then use the dremel...
I think you guys are taking this a bit seriously. I am pretty sure this is a picture from a meet. I doubt one person would own that many late model Z's.
Any difference from the Gen1 - Gen2 valve covers? Are the baffles the same or were improvements made? How about the Gen3 covers, will they fit on a Gen2?
What is the best way to relieve the fuel pressure. I have done it on other cars by diconnecting the pump relay and starting the car. Is there a better way on the Viper?
Re: NY/NJ/CT VIPERS - WOODSTOCK & HUNTER MOUNTAIN FALL FOLIAGE CRUISE OCT 1
I wasn't calling John into question just wanted to know if the tuner he picked delivered the advertised HP. I am sure we have all heard stories to the contrary.
I would think CitySnake’s car would be a very close...
I was thinking that as well but I was wondering about the down side of pushing water through the twin screw? I wonder if this is going to cause any undue wear.
I am looking at a ROE blower and I can't decide between the 6.5 and the 8 psi kit. My main concern is detonation. I want something that is as safe as possible. I know a lot of ROE blower gurus are on this board so I thought I would pick your brains. My current mods are: Tubes, Filters...
It was a great meet and a good cause. I even walked away with a trophy which made it even better. While the picture of the Cobra and GTS might look like a good matchup... Let's just say the Cobra would not win any dyno titles.
I would like to thank Bruce from Bruce's Speedshop for bring...
Ron, great info as I heard from a vendor that the 98+ will add half the HP of a true headers. I guess it is not worth the time, so I will not spend it.
I think the R-compound Kumho's tires everyone is pushing would be overkill for your car. You sound more like a relaxed driver. The sumitomo HTRZ is a good tire for the street, read the reveiws. I run the Pilots only because they were cheaper in 18".
Re: Final Details For October 3rd RAIN OR SHINE!
I should be going. Do you know the town the hotel is in? I am not sure I have to get on the TP just to get off in one exit. You said 18S but if you know the town, that would be even better.
