How much power is actually lost in the drive train? These motors should be 450HP Stock at the crank. That's about an 8%-10% loss to the rear wheels stock.
I don't believe CJ will rip anyone off. He gave me the car when I handed him about $8000. I gave him my word I would pay off his lien when I got home with it which was over 1200 miles away. He helps me everytime I call him with a question. And I did get that car for a steal.

I took my friend out Rt 209 and i know cops sit right at the beginning, so i went out about 1-2 miles and turned around and showed him what the car got.....i flew by a car at about 100mph and slowed down, then when i passed the place the cops sit, i saw them moving their cars and turn the lights...

That only happened when I put the new TPS in. When I put the old one back in, it idle'd and drove perfectly normal except for the usual hesitation when first started up.
I have the scanner. It came on before and said Bank 1 Sensor 1 P0132 Circuit High Volts. I replaced the O2 Sensor on the driver's side of the motor. It has yet to come on again, but I still have the hesitation. It has to be a sensor or something.
Hello, I posted about this before and I believe I tried everything people told me. Here is the story. My 97 GTS after she is warmed up and I shut her off for a few minutes, then when I turn her on and pull out she gargles in 1st gear for about 15 seconds until I really gas it, then it goes away...
Well I live in PA, and when I cold start it, it will stay around 1500-2000 for many seconds. Nevertheless. I'm sure I'm not reading it wrong. Can I go to a place like Advanced Auto or Autozone and they can tell me the real RPM and I can check if my tach needs calbration?

Hello, my 97GTS, upon warming up for a few minutes, will settle to an idle about 500RPM. Is this normal? Also, I notice some hesitation at low RPM sometimes when I am pulling out. Does anyone know what this could be? Thanks.
