    Comes down to the courts I guess for that one. Oh how well I know from my old insurance company stand point and that involved HPDE. To each their own and good luck.

    Some of the manuals specify racing the car voids any warranty. Some owners that have had issues on track claim it happened elsewhere.

    Clearance and approach angle of TA 2.0

    All Vipers sit a little low and those with front splitters need extra due caution on speed bumps, driveways, and road debris. Most owners go at a slow sharp angle while approaching high areas and NOT straight on. Those that are not careful have scrapes under the facia to show what happens.

    Good point Bill and I should have added that I change the brake fluid after EACH track event and no more than after 6 months of non tracking.

    Unsafe on any car especially a high performance one as tires loose their inner lubricants and dry out over time. Outdoors the process is even quicker. Not worth taking the chance with 6 year old tires.

    Brake Fluid

    I was at COTA too and always use Motul 600. Its moderately priced IMO, works great and cheap insurance. I change it every six months along with the oil and filter. If you are tracking more also consider stainless brake lines over OEM stuff. Very inexpensive and much firmer brake feel.

    i would check with a good local auto upholstery shop and have them recover the seats in the red shade and fabric material you really want. Much cheaper than Venzano.

    Throttle 'hang"

    Dont let off the gas, LOL I have not heard anyone else with that issue so far. Man I miss the old cable to throttle body instead of fly by wire technology.

    7 YR. Warranty on Viper

    Yes I have this same warranty and this subject has been tossed around a lot on here. I paid around $1300 but times have changed and so have prices. Owners have paid a wide variety of prices for this same warranty. Depends on where you shop as sellers vary a lot in their pricing.
