That's a funny picture no doubt.
I doubt oue illustrious leader will get the boot here before he's done ruining things. Seems the PCs are all powerful here in Alberta. Does everyone vote PC cause their parents did?
My areas MLA just got booted out of the PC party for speaking out about the...
By the way I managed to replace my stock tweeters and install new ones in the same location in the same direction(facing toward the driver), by attaching them to a piece of flat steel cut the same length as the factory tweeter, with holes drilled in it the same as the tweet as well.
Stock...
An easy way to brighten up the interior is to change the radio and shifter bezel to a bright color like Light Arc or Silver. Only $450 dollars for a big improvement IMHO. Mine has silver bezels as it's the Comm Ed. and I didn't realize how much it brightens up the interior and adds a little...
If I remember correctly, I had a JVC single din CD player in one of my trucks that had that. You could try their website.:dunno:
I think their Ipod interface is expensive though.
I wonder if a kit could be made where a bar could be mounted to the floor, then a guide onto the seat. That way you could bolt the back bar down, slide the seat onto it, then install the front bolts. The front bolts would hold the fore/aft movement, and the rear would hold vertically and side to...
Apples and oranges here, I'm only referring to driveability and not quickness on a 1/4 mile track. Thats the reason we're hoping for Dan to chime in. Just musing about it, if the car can run clean enough to pass emissions, it should be civilized enough to drive. Building an angry mistress motor...
That high 580 rwhp NA gen 3 at DC dyno days passed california emissions, if it can pass emissions, surely it would be reasonably driveable wouldn't it? Hopefully Dan Cragin will chime in here. Again only driveability in question, not quickness.
You can make a lot of solid axle cars fast in a straight line for not much money (comparatively). Especially if you don't care how it goes aroud a corner. I've never understood why a lot of people measure a sports cars performance based on a straight line. Sure goin fast in a hurry is cool and...
Without seeing one in person, the ZR1 has got to be a cool car, but one would think that giving the record to the ZR1 has more to do with advertising than journalism. Even Top Gear supposedly labeled it not a regular production vehicle. Which makes you wonder, what is it then exactly?
I'm 6'2" and 265, and have short legs for my height, therefore the 2" kit works perfectly for me. Probably wouldn't if my legs were any longer than they are.:D
Interested in getting the car all dirty again?:D
How long did it take to get it clean?
I was still scrubbing caked-on brake dust from the track last night to make the car presentable for a show today.:rolaugh:
