That would have been amazing. I would have bought one for sure. I hate the fact that it looks like a gen 2 gts. That car or any viper is not old enough to go retro. As for 640 hp.....what a joke. I like my gen 3 even more.
Not impressed so far. Huge viper fan as evidenced by the fact that I own one, but this to me is unappealing. I hope the full reveal unveils something spectacular otherwise I'll keep my cash in my piggy bank.
If that is even near what the new Viper will look like, then the anticipation for me is over and I can stop feverishly reading these new Viper posts and new spy shot posts. To me that is one big miss. I don't like it at all. I was hoping that Ferarri would have had a positive influence, but...
Josh is the man for sure. Spent quite a bit of time talking to him about the ROE tunes for SCT tuners and was glad I did. I decided to buy a 93 octane tune from them, they e-mailed it to me in less than one hour and it really woke up my viper...no dyno numbers yet, but so far I'm real happy...
I have the Borlas with Random Techs and love them. They aren't too loud at all. As for the Corsa's they are not for me as it is my opinion that they are far too overpriced and sound rather weak. The Borlas have a little bit of drone but it does not bother me at all.
I have one and love it. Check out the gold box deal of the day, its only on sale for another 3 hours. http://www.amazon.com/gp/goldbox/ref=xs_gb_dtl_rtn_L_auto#
I have the Borlas with RT Highflows Metallic Substrate and like them a lot. Drone doesn't bother me at all, quite frankly I want to hear it. They still aren't that loud, much louder than stock, but not quite loud enough for my taste. I don't like Corsa products at all and wouldn't even...
There is a cigarette plug that has a 9v battery adapter on the other end of it. Plug a 9V in, plug in the cigarette lighter in and get to work, your presets will be saved. Works great when you have to take out a battery, not so sure about the pcm though.
I have the Random Techs form Jon B and had the same question. Although, the shop manual states you have to replace them, Jon said I could re-use them, which I did and had no problems at all. Once again proving-Jon knows his stuff. Geting mine off was a pita though!
