I felt someone needed to say this and I apologize if it offends anyone.
Since the first days of Viper, Michelin has been there. They committed to develop a tire to make the Viper experience as great as it could be. Whenever the VCA would request tires for events, Michelin would oblige with...
You won't see a production ready Coupe in 2005. If lucky, maybe 2006 or 2007, but right now the study has just started so no funding has not even been arranged. I think 2005 would be a good bet to SEE what a pre-production version might look like?
If you want a one time used set let me know, my boss bought a set then he got a new Viper that needed the larger rims, so they are sitting in my garage!
Yes Paul, those "motor City" folks lie!!!! Glad I am in Chi-town. As of now I have not read anything saying either was final. Yellow was in place, but then they did a drop-dead white and the top brass is now trying to decide. At least that is what I have heard so far.
I think it will be...
Tracy, can you re-send what you need me to forward. The netwrok and then my somputer at work both went down, so right now I am trying to get things back to normal.
I guess I should clear something up. The Illinois VCA will allow SRT/10's to participate WITHOUT tops or rollbars. Viper Days will not, at least according to the rules they have. Sorry for any confusion.

PVO has made it clear that they want and have the capability to use more colors, so a yellow I am sure has a chance. But I also know that there may be other colors that have not been offered in the past that may appear before the yellow option.
WOW is that a statement!
I would have to agree with all of those points and add that in general most of relationships formed through the VCA are what has made my ownership experience complete. So before somene else does this, VCA you complete me! LOL
I know I would have never rid myself of a...
Rocky, call me when you get a chance. I work for a Group Accident Insurance company, and though we do not handle property cases, I am a little familiar with process and we do have general counsel in office. 800-448-6248 ex 134
I think if you are in a GTS then a open face version should be OK. You might want to check with Viper Days since they have the track and insurance rules. This could be a rule that changes from track to track?
Re: $1537 repair and only 17K miles on my \'94
You might not race, but that Viper may have a few track outings in it's past?
I know I had horrible brake problems until I stated rebuilding the calipers, and cleaning the pistons before every track outing. No problems since. And as someone who...
