    I've seen the car, one of the local Viper techs drove it to the Nextel Cup race here. Looks OK, he said it ran great, but I forget the reason for the salvage title. The place selling it mostly sells used Harleys and pot lot type vehicles. They buy the wholesale junk that our dealership and...

    Ah, as opposed to the usual 20lbs that you usually carry....... ;) I've had a few cool cops let me go, and I've been written up my share. I'm always polite, seems to have little effect. Most cops are like normal people, they make a decision about you within the first 30 seconds, IMHO. :)

    I heard you can get stereo sound from the Gen1 hood speakers by running a bridge to the amplifier, then rerouting the plasma conduit through the flux capacitor matrix. BE CAREFUL not to use too large of an amplifier, anything over 1.21 Gigawatts..... :eek:

    Removing Scratches

    Thanks for posting that. That's a great link. I'm going to pick up a few things based on some reading over there. I've personally had good luck with minor scratches by using Meguiar's Deep Crystal Paint Cleaner and a random orbital buffer. I'm not brave enough to try a regular buffer on the car. ;)
