    Check MGW ltd for plate frame they are quality pieces. :2tu: Congrats on the '05. Look to do away with the cross over on the exhaust brings the ole cabin temp down to a nice level.

    I have a chromed set of HRE 843R's on a vette and planning to pick up a chromed set for my 2005 SRT. They look much better live than in pics of which I have none. The 19's reportedly require modification of the emergency brake bracket don't know about 20's.

    used 03 viper or C6 Convertible

    I have a C5 Vert, C5 Z06 and SRT-10. I drive the SRT-10 daily and prefer the performance and look over the Vette. Not impressed with the C6 and will stick with C5. :headbang:

    3.73 Gears - Myth, Fantasy & Reality

    I have 3.73 and use my '04 as a daily driver in heavy traffic and don't race it. Much better than wife's with 3.07 in town. I have the Corsa's as well. :2tu:

    There are two different lowering kits one 1" and another 2" search this forum for more info. I am also about 6'4" 260# but have more trouble with my vettes than the viper neither one is great but workable. The Z06 I have to lay the seat back just to drive the thing.

    B & M RIPPER SHIFTER FOR GEN 3 VIPERS

    I have both the B&M ripper and MGW gripper which I think is the perfect combination. Perfect length not too short. Could not imagine a more complete combination. They are made for each other. I am getting misty eyed. :2tu:

    My GTS feels alot stronger than my SRT

    My SRT 04 blows the doors off my 98 gts from the line. SRT spins up faster with aluminum flywheel and 3.73 definitely are night and day better than 3.07 and Belangers ice the cake. :headbang:

    Got mine from Summit Racing 2002 same as 2004 took a local mechanic (not really a mechanic more like handy man) about an hour to drill out the rivets and install with MGW gripper down loaded the instructions from B&M web site. The shifter is significant improvement over stock.

    I had Woodhouse install Belanger headers with highflow cats and no crossover Corsa Track exhaust. Love the sound and the marked drop in cabin temperature. Sills are not that warm after a drive. Just my $0.02

    Arrived new from Woodhouse with mods in place. But SOTP is screaming compared to wife's stock SRT or 1998 GTS. No hard numbers to put out. The 3.73 gears add to the overall SOTP meter while the sound is awesome :eek: :headbang:
