    I not sure what year your car is, but try fuse #3 in the PDC which is under the hood on the drivers side. As for the air bag light, that is another issue. The AirBag Controller has turned on the light due to fact that you have created an open circuit to the airbag and it is not happy with you.

    Yep, the speed sensor signal goes to the engine conroller and then off if goes to the speedo and the radio and the EEM (the electronic entry module).
