Peanut gallery, actually that is a good question. I used approx 45 sgft at .45lbs/sqft = 18 lbs worth. it's an 03. There is about 1/2" of that multicolored wool type insulation attached to the back side of about 80% of the carpet. The problem is that it is attached to the carpet not the metal. Sound Advice
Just thought I would relay my observations in regard to the Dynamat installation I just completed. I installed Corsa Track system and notice some additional vibrations/rattle after I took the car for a test ride. Door speakers are not what they should be!
thanks for those last responses. I have not had a laugh that hard for a while. I especially love "You mean there's a stereo system in this car?" Lose screws
I was installing a remote radar/laser detector this weekend and when I was removing various interior panels, I found 6 fasteners totally loose. Some were just lose, some were backed off an 1/8" or so. 2 were the latch for the folded top, 2 were for the door thresh hold panel and 2 on trim...- ViperGMC
