    Optima Red Tops for $68

    Been using the Battery Tender Plus for 18 months, last 3 months on the Optima. It's worked great for both the stock battery and the Optima. Can't give you an answer on the older (non-Plus) model. You might want to contact the manufacturer for that one.

    Achilles, Thanks for the heads up. Looks like I qualify since I bought a Craftsman compressor back in 2000. Can't believe I actually found the receipt for it too. It only took a couple minutes to file the claim on-line. Haven't decided which item to choose since I already have everything...

    A/C Low Pressure fill port... does yours leak?

    No bubbling or leaking on mine. The dust cap should be just that, a dust cap. Meant to keep dirt and debirs out of the valve. Looks to me like its a standard schrader valve. Maybe you should go to a local bike shop and get one of those fittings used to tighten the valve. Good luck
