    well i was just trying to get an idea if i am spending one day at the track a week am i going to be buyiing 2k worth of tires each month?? i figured there had to be a few guy with vipers that track often and could let me know what their experience has been with the tire life.

    Ok so i drove the car back from houston to san antonio, put 300 miles on her and plan on putting another 300 before i take her to the track next friday. here's the question; With the sport cup tires approx how many track days will i get out of these tires? Lets assume 3-4 sessions each day...

    well im sure if you ask 5 different pro motor builders you'll get at least 2-3 different answers too. my 1st viper was bought with 400 miles on it new. a lot i know, I'm sure it was beat to crap from the get go so I didn't really worry about my driving and break in when i took delivery of it...

    Thanks yellow and Hou, thats what i figured just wanted comformation from the group. do you really think pads and fluid are nesessary for Harris Hill (1.8 mile 130mph max approx)??? Dipapa..... maybe i should take my purpose track car and granny it on the highway instead-LOL you know i meant...

    i traded my gen3 for a 2011 audi R8 V10 and got a chance to run a FGT last week. I beat him in a race from a roll @30mph to aroung 110mph. The look on his face was priceless-LOL

    well something you guys told me to do worked!! it started!!!! i pulled all the fuses to make sure nothing was blow and then i pulled one of the 20 amp fuses i heard a noise, like something reseting.... then i pulled the positive lead off battery and put it back on....wah-la!!!!! thanks for...

    jon, year is 2004 but i don't think i armed alarm because i though in advance that the battery might die as i knew i wasn't going to drive it fro quite a while the lights and guages do work when i put key to ign mode only when i try to crank her over does it go dead

    my battery was dead due to not driving car for 2 months, it would'nt charge back up so i replaced it. now when i turn key to ignition pos. car takes 45 sec. of wierd noise from stereo area and then when i push start button everything goes dark (guages etc..) and nothing??? no clicking of starter...

    I Don't Get It....

    my new srt-8 is a dog compared to my amg and viper. that's why i'm supercharging the thing with a vortec. the one thing it has going for it is after i changed my exhaust to a zoomers, it sounds like a '70 426!!!!!!!!!!!! car is very nice to drive though
