Looks Good! Sorry you have to put it away for the winter. The only thing I have left to do to my 2002 ACR that really bugs me is fix the imfamous hood gap. My driver's side gap is wider then the passenger side. It looks like you have the same problem.

I pulled my rotors off my 2002 ACR last week. Even though the my rotors had a lip on them I didn't have any problem getting the calipers off. I did have to really beat the rotors with a rubber mallet to get them to brake loose. You should be able to get the calipers off without griding down...
I currenty have my Viper up on jack stands in the garage with the wheels off. I detailed the undercarriage, suspension and wheels. I even pulled the rotors off and painted the center with caliper paint. I hit the undercarriage with my pressure washer before putting it up on the jack stands...
If you go without using your car for weeks at a time get a Battery Tendor or Batteryminder. I use to hate going to use one of my cars only to find that the battery was dead.
