NARRA is a great schedule to run, I hope to do the same next year.
Stick with the 18's especially the 11 inchers up front, they run 315's no problems, even 335's if u want to get nuts
Comp coupes run 18's all the way around............19's tires are alot more money then the 18's
If you can...
Hey buddy I got a place that I use by me. They can make whatever you want. Since I use them all the time for shop stuff they kind of look the other way with copyright items.
You might run into that kind of problem going to random graphic shops.
Hey Ohio VCA Club,
Just want to throw a thread out to start a buzz for our Dyno Day at Backstreet Performance. I have been talking to the owner and they are very excited to be hosting this event for us. I told him that the members in the VCA, in specific the Ohio region is very active...
Not too shaby, I bought my B/W 97 GTS w/ 9,000 miles too. The tires are newer they are the PS2's not originals typical gas cap ozidation. Go for it nothin like owning your child hood dream car.
Temp isn't an issue, relatively speaking. Cold cold temps arn't the best. The whole thing behind buffing and polishing is heat, what you are doing is melting the clear coat back into the scratches one step at a time till they are invisible. When paint dryes its a form of plastic.
Pending what clear is used, will determined what dry time is. Here at the shop we use PPG, they have clear we use that can be dry in 35 mins or up to 48hrs all at 70 degrees. One month is old skool paint stuff, unless your going to a paint shop from the 1950s, you'll be ready to rock and roll in...
Man that is a scarey looking snake, awsome. So that is what Porshe and Vette drivers see when they are about to get passed...................and passed again :)
I just bought StopTech's big brake kit for my '97 GTS, which means bye bye to the 17in wheels. I am going to keep the rims but would there be any interest in the PS2's that are on there???????????????
They are about a 1 1/2 yr old, 1,500 miles on them, no burn outs and 1 track day on them...
Agreed, not worth making a claim, thats coming from a bodyshop manager. I could have those fixed in no time and the color match would be no problem at all. It would look like nothing ever happened.
