I'd be willing to bet that the gasket failures are less the material (I'm not defending the crappy material) and more the the mating surfaces. Proper deck, torque ect.. I have no hard evidence of this just when I did mine my machinist noticed the discrepancies. Discuss among yourselves. :2tu:
I don't know what is considered "real work" in your garage but I restore cars and bikes I'm currently finishing my Isetta (frame off) and starting a viper engine swap into my Satellite. While working on my Knucklehead I knocked over a 90lb vice on a pedestal the 1/4" plate that it's mounted on...
Edelbrocks for the last 31,000 miles. Put down 429 rwhp (original and only mod at the time) on my 95. I have never had a problem with these even with the blower.
I had the parts guy at the dealer I use look up a Stealth and a Viper mirror once. The Stealth mirror $73.00 (list) the Viper mirror $267.00 (list). Not a bad markup for changing a part number.
Here's mine from last saturday. The car is only making 5lb of boost. I'm headed back to Doug to change my pulleys.

While I had my intake (3 rib) off to port and paint it I put a 4 rib on for a week. All I did was use the fuel line that came with it.
