You could also check A arm bushings for perishing, if you still have the original ones. By the way, replacing my bushings are my next project. Any suggestions or recommendations as to what is available in polyurethane?- mad prof

GEN1 Oil Consumtion ??
Mike, it seems a lot of oil getting burned, if not leaking out of the engine. Do you see any blue smoke out of the exhaust or do you smell any oil? Charging Battery via engine bay issues
Neal, load-test the battery first to determine if it is OK and capable of holding any charge. If your battery is OK, then plug it to the tender charger and leave it until you are back. Battery died, Now wont idle
On my 1996 RT 10, I had similar issues plus the fact that the engine was hesitant in acceleration. After removing the battery, I had to "clear" the PCM by grounding the positive cable, which attached to the + of the battery, to the chassis for 10 seconds. The usual tire question!
I believe the Kumhos V70 are UK road legal. They are designated as track tyres, but the grooves have the required legal depth. I strongly recommend them, as I have cars with them both in the UK and Canada.- mad prof

The usual tire question!
Greetings fellow Vipers, my experience with Kumho V70 hard compound is pretty good. The tyres need a lot of warming and care should be paid at damp patches when the tyres are cold. The tyres are communicative and responsive when at warm / operating temperature. I prefer 32-34 psi all around...- mad prof
