My '00 seems to have the same problem. The rear bumper just seems to collect dust/debris. Try using zaino products as they will reduce static electricity by up to 60%, not to mention keeping the paint protected and shiney. www.zainobros.com- Brian Denham

1st generation Stereo upgrade
Any single DIN cd player will work just fine. Take the mounting brakets off the factory one and use on the new one. What do 99-00 Vipers turn in the 1320 stock?
Depends on alot of variables like driver, weather, track conditions, etc.... The latest MT published 12.2 secs at 118mph I think.- Brian Denham

New GTS Pricing

Is there such thing as paying below sticker?
I got mine for 5k under sticker as well. I didn't even have to haggle with him. Walked in, told the GM I was looking for a 00 viper, grabbed a cup of coffee, sat down for a couple minutes, he comes back in and says "ok" $69,000 and 7.3%. Took him a couple days to find one a dealer was willing...- Brian Denham

How many of you bought NEW?
I bought mine new. Had 8 miles on her when she got to my dealer. I went through a local dealer and had them put a locate on a new one for me. Reason for that was he gave me 5k off sticker to $69,000 and a low interest rate that I could not pass up. Mine was stuck somewhere in BFE Missouri...- Brian Denham

Squeeky Brakes
My 2000 also had squeeky brakes. Got about 1600 miles on it now and it is slowly getting less noticeable. Will still upgrade to a more "dustless" pad soon.- Brian Denham
