Hood Pad & Removal Tool Questions
Matt, I've got a tool I'll let you borrow. It came with the painted hoodpad I ordered from JonB. YELLOW FEVER Strikes JonB !!
Yep, she's a beaut! Man was it fun driving that ACR! I did my best to keep it off the curbs while driving it to and from the dealership! (BTW, those ACR's handle quite well in the median!) I never could find the rev limiter though.. I quit looking at 7,200 RPM. That is the proper break-in...- HogWhisperer

Anyone get one of those ultra low clearance, extended reach floor jacks?
I have a Longacre 3" 2000 lb 5 pumper. My ACR has been dropped 3/4" and no problem getting under it. Since it's aluminum, it's very light and easy to get in and out of the trailer.- HogWhisperer

Burping Bummer

High Altitude Drag Racing

Why my ACR shocks do NOT rattle.
Todd, I have a '99 and it never did rattle. At about 1500 miles, Bobby Archer did change the coil springs, stainless bushings, toe-link reinforcement, bigger sway bars, and a few other things but even before that, when the car was completely stock, they never rattled. I'd say you have the burnout down. Were you doing that to your Pilots or do you have slicks? .771 = good?
