Question for ACR Owners

I recently received a new engine from Arrow Racing, my 96 GTS block was porous. While on the phone with Todd from Arrow Racing, he offered me an ACR Oil Filter Adapter free of charge. Price was right so I took it

, he claimed that the ACR part had better oil flow than the stock oil filter adapter. My old engine, which had 15k miles ran the oil at 60 psi, the new engine runs a bit above 60 psi, do the ACR's all run a bit above 60 psi due to the different oil cooler? Or is it just something different with the new engine which makes the oil psi a bit higher? Thanks!

Since mopar worded it better than I could, here is an excerpt from their performance parts site:

ACR Oil Filter Adapter

Same as ACR production

· Provides full time oil circulation through cooler

· Provides up to 12 psi oil pressure increase at 5200 rpm

· Bolt on, no modifications

· Includes gaskets and mounting hardware

· Not recommended for cold weather use
