    Try pumping the gas pedal like you would for a car that is not fuel injected when you try to start the car. After you get it started, you might need to hold the throttle down at around 2000 rpm for 30 seconds to 1 minute before the computer will reset. Try this and report back. Rev

    dot 4 boiling point is higher. Motul is a Dot 4. Unless he is going to track his car (road course) dot 3 will be fine.

    I suggest you drive one yourself. The feel is a lot different. Everone is different. I know guys that love their 06 and would never trade for a 96 and of course vice versa. Drive a 06 then decide yourself. Personally, I hate the seats in the 06 and do not like the view of the hood (when driving)...
