Back in 2009, I ran every 96 GTS VIN via CarFax. Back then, you could run an unlimited amount of reports; however, they would lock my account after each 200 that I looked up. I would then have to provide them a detail justification of what I was doing and confirm I was not running the VIN's for...
I wonder if it still smells new inside. I love low milage 96 gts, but like I have said many times before, cars are made to be driven. I try to drive my viper at least once a week to get a nice heat cycle.
I would not touch that car. Vipers were made to be driven, not to sit around for 15 years. I would not buy a 1996 GTS that had under 20k at this point in time unless you plan to make it a musem piece.
