Gen IV Seats into a Gen II - Pistures

Are the Gen 4 seats basically the same dimensions as the Gen 3 Jack? I had Gen 3's in my car when I bought it, they were way to big in my opinion. I am 6'1, 210 pounds and I felt like a sardine. Went back to the Gen 2 seats.

'10 ACR shift knob looks and fits great (w/ pix)

Looks identical to what I did. I had the factory 01 shift knob, and got the 1" lowering bolt from Jon B. It's amazing how much different the feel is when you remove the factory isolator and replace it with a solid piece.

Are 3 peice wheels prone to leaking? I have HRE's ---

I bet its the silicone bead. As someone mentioned, get the wheel/tire in a tub of water and watch to see where the bubbles come out. I just went through this last year, the silicone bead was leaking. Also, unless you know what you are doing, don't try to tighten the bolts holding the wheel...

That's more like it, a GEN1 on the bay for a bin 45k

) My wife is in my ear, 3rd baby on the way, 7 other hotrods in the garage & this is the one most likely to kill me. Too funny!! I will never forget the day I was coming home from a VCA meeting and an R8 Audi wanted to play. We were rolling at about 70-75, I hit it and instantly went way...

1st Startup of the year help, please.

Take off the oil fill cap, take your finger and run it on the inside of the valve cover, see if you have any thick white sludge. I have seen this happen before, its from condensation and temp changes. Is your car forced induction or NA??
