    '96 B/W GTS Carfax/ Autocheck History

Peoria, huh? I hear that there is a big bad salt flat racing Viper in your town. Keep your eyes peeled, it's white loud and low, and the owner uses it on beer runs.:D

    August, September?

Ok, so there are events planned for Later this month (Calgary), June (Jasper(watch for an update on this one shortly)) and July (Okanagan(update with details coming in a day or so)). But nothing so far for August or September, so I'm wondering if we should put something together for mid-summer...

Cant take early Vipers into Canada?????????? WTF??

It's actualy more to do with the seat belts. As some (if not all?) of the pre-'97 US R/Ts had door mounted belts. There is some difference in the anchor points, at least. Since you cannot change the factory mount points on any car there is no "work around" for this. The DRL module can (at least...

can any viper drive silky smooth at low revs ??

(Too easy. So I'll refrain.) As mentioned in above posts, bucking has several causes. Perhaps you could be more specific; year of car, modifications (allum. flywheel?), specific conditions etc. You can try the above remedies, most of them are low-buck. But do it one at a time, ie...

how many miles did you put on your factory clutch?

About 35,000 miles on the original so far. Spare clutch, allum.flywheel and short throw shifter sitting in the basement.

To Torque or Not To Torque....Injector Hold Down Bolts

Might want to add a dab of anti-seize to the threads on re-install, esp. if you wet wash the motor at all.

locked out of my car HELP!!!

Tell me you didn't take the postive cable/stud apart. You're going to need hours to re-charge the batt from dead, depending on the charge rate of the charger you've got it on, (2amp/hr, 10amp/hr?) and if or not you've damaged the power distribution center/fuse box stud.

    8.5MPG

You do know it's a 6 speed, right? You should be getting mid to high 20s on the freeway, maybe 12 or so around town.

Silver Peeling Off Inside Door Handles

This part is vacuum-plated plastic, if I'm not mistaken. The life cycle is limited, it's not like chromed steel. I suspect you're not the only one this is happening to. There are a couple of vacuum chroming shops around, you might try searching one out. There may be no cure but to a new handle...

    Window Problems- Help

Congrats on the car and welcome to the VCA. Quite a rare car, even by Viper standards. Best colour combo there is! The wiring in the door jamb area is notorious, easily fixed though. Good luck!

    ACR spotted

I'd say if it were on an open carrier, I hope it doesn't belong to someone I know. WTF is that doing on a open carrier?! If it were mine (and God knows I can't spare the $$$ for it, anyhow), I'd consider sticking the dealer with it, as I'd think twice about taking delivery on it, having a...

LOL, is this possibly right about Viper's fuel economy?

An Imperial (true gallon) Gallon is 20% larger than a US gallon. Which is odd because a US fluid oz. is slightly bigger, but only because the quart is divided differently. Making 24mpg in the US equal to nearly 30 in Canada.

The real question is why on earth are you taking a picture of a 'vette, not to mention while you're behind the wheel!?
