2006 Red Coupe on eBay
I noticed there is a new 2006 solid red coupe on eBay. I also noticed the wheels aren't like most other '06's I've seen. Looks like a Hendrick Dodge dealer in Georgia. Tracking a 2002 GTS
I've tracked my 02 twice at Viper Days and it is completely stock with the exception of EBC Green Pads. I put these on for normal driving to get rid of the brake noise. Your Gen 1 looks great. Speaking of Autoform, at the Viper Days at Putnam Park recently there was a black SRT-10 w/ Autoform top and the new coupe in black. When they were on the track at a relatively close distance I had trouble telling the difference.- 0260in3

Is there a registry for wrecked vipers?
I noticed a wrecked '02 Red GTS on eBay (auction ends on 4/16). It looks like it's been hit pretty hard and has some frame damage. It still has a clean title. I wonder what Carfax will show. It just seems like some innocent buyer will be disappointed down the road when this car hits the...- 0260in3

Skip Barber 3 Day Racing School
I thought the Skip Barber 3-day racing school was well run and taught me alot about heel/toe shifting, threshhold breaking, passing, etc. The instructors were knowledgeable and had lots of racing experience. If you need a racing license that's probably the way to go. The biggest drawback is...- 0260in3

Hit a dog on the way down to VOI
Mike, glad to hear your car is ok. I had that same sinking feeling a while back when the pickup in front of me cleared part of a semi's tire. I had nowhere to go but over it. Remarkably, no damage in that one either. Hope you had a good time at VOI. Terry- 0260in3

Was there a 1996 factory Black GTS
I was doing a scan of Vipers on eBay and noticed someone was selling a "Like New" 1996 Black GTS. According to the build information, black was not an option. The Viper is listed with a clean title and only 2700 miles and no mention of a repaint. A buyer could have a rude awakening...- 0260in3
