    2002 rt10, stock. For about the last month or so I hear a type of whining noise near front of engine only when I start the car- about 3-6 seconds after- I could not pinpoint it though. It lasts for about 5 seconds. It does not start right away after I turn the car on, but around 3 to 6 seconds...

    So I was pulled over the other day...

    NO front plates = no radar for the police. I got a ticket and had to put one on my 02rt10. Looks good actually! Radar needs a plate on the front I believe.
