    ABS Tone Wheel

    latches for RT/10 Hard Top

    Guys, I've used JB Weld but not Gorilla Glue but I've found some applications these products work and others they don't. I try to only use them where they won't be seen because if it fails to bond and the handle breaks off you're going to have a bunch of glue smeared all over your latch.

    I'm missing a front left latch on my hard top, I have no idea how or when it fell out and disappeared but it did. I checked with Chuck a couple years ago and there were only a handfull left of the OEM hard top latches and they were $450 each. I've been wondewring if the longer soft top latch...

    LifeIsGood, Thanks for posting this! I'm no audiophile, I didn't even know that cable was called a din cable till I started reading these stereo threads. I've been wondering what to use on an RT10 and keep it as stock as possible. I may hit you with some questions down the line when I get into this.

    Yes, I'm disappointed as well, this was a to do for me, just not right now. I've seen people on this site say they can store the top sections behind the seats leaving the trunk open for road trip packing, if this works it sounds like a great idea.

    Just take to pump off of the car, take it and the new pulley up to NAPA and have them pull the old one and press on the new one. $5 and done.

    Bad back, you should have said something, now I feel bad for chimming in about doing it yourself. Try this guy, Tom Coffey, Autonotive Lifts and Machinery Corp. out of White Lake. 248 698 1740. No experience with him but I met him at a car show and kept his card.

    +1 here. I assembled mine, took it apart, moved it to a new house and re assembled. Not hard at all, save the money for mods.
