Wow. I thought there were some owners near jeff city but guess not. I am in kansas city about 2 to 3 hours from jeff city. Cant really travel. Is this the yellow Viper that's been listed around there?
So far it looks like 5 hours left but no bids.
It's also weird how their autocheck score is a 75. I wonder why the lower autocheck score. (It's in the ebay link)
Stop posting pictures of white vipers. I'll talk myself into plastidipping/wrapping/repainting my black 03 white :(
Love white vipers. The wheels look great also!
I didn't really record any temperature, humidity. Only thing I remember another friend telling me was the DA was a lil over 2000 or something like that. Run #1 and #2 look almost identical with run #2 going a lil slower probably from the additional heat soak.
I'd guess temp was about 80ish...

A friend got the video from the stands. No go-pro.
First run I launched at 4000 rpms, it bogged.
20 pounds in the rear tires, 2nd gear burnout
2nd run I launched at 5500 almost rev limiter tried to slip the clutch...
Was it possibly the ring gear bolt size? I am not sure but I just linked it because I know that's a good price for a 3.55 gear "kit" :)
cowger did a huge write up on how he installed his own gears if you want to look. I'll admit, after seeing his writeup. I didn't want to do mine myself....
I guess some are using the 3.55 "kit" from viper parts of america for the 2013 viper since they now come with 3.55 gearing.
A local ring and pinion shop quoted me 300 to do it if I brought all my parts.
The pumpkin has to come out to do gears from everything I researched.
I forgot the link...
I raised the car up and softened the rear dampening to a 4. I only drove it for a quick 15 minutes so I don't have feedback yet.
So here's a picture of it on the highway from a cruise about a month ago.
Wow. 71 hp for over 10k in mods is disappointing. Did anything else ever go on with the guy's setup? Like did he retune it or throw a cam in ??? Intrigued if the cam did pick up the other "75 hp"
Canyon, if you are talking about bracket racing, of course a low hp auto car is going to be easier to run on the dial than a manual high hp car. Even launching too aggressive and blowing the tires off will cause you to lose in the first 60 feet.
I personally can't STAND bracket racing/index...
Almost everytime I fill mine with fuel or go to the car wash to spray it off, everyone asks me what year is my Vette ??!?!?!? :) Even when I am standing right by the decals
