    Be aware that early gen1 cars had headgasket issues. Some of them had their motors rebuilt by Arrow under warrenty. If the viper you are looking at hasn't.... ask why. I think JonB once said that it wasn't IF a headgasket was going to fail, it's WHEN. Gen1s are stripper cars. Only the latter...

    HARD TOP SELECTON

    Mopar top -- Looks good, but a PITA to install (have to remove soft-top bar). I have the double bubble mopar (slight bubbles) and I overall like it. With my Vmainia windows (the best IMHO) and the top on, I get little to no leaks. My leaks come from the velcro straps getting old. No biggie...

    Yeah, but she is near perfect New glass and rims too.. I detail the undercariage every other weekend... you could eat off the rear diff Seriously, do what ya need to do. Mine isn't a project.. and it sounds like your wanting a project. If your going to buy a wreck, go for a gen2 car. MM
