Thats not the point. Spending 30K on a work of art that is DLM motified is one thing.. but 5K for wheels, and another 1300 in wheels/ballence...thats some serious jack for 80lbs of aluminum

96 = first year for the coupe
The Coupes have changed little... 96 first year, 97 brought new wheel (forged, same patern, 17"). 98 was a new wheel, and oil pan change (right?), as well as a mid year fascia change (fog cover delete). Pretty much the same from then till now.

Same reason only 3 people make rear wings... people like ME haven't gotten into the sport yet
It sucks that the bolt patern is unique to the snakes.. 5bolt dodge would have been SOooo much easier.

If your going to buy new... definetly talk to bill@woodhouse. After speaking with him about a used coupe (when he gets one!), I know thats the dealership who will be getting my business! My local dodge dealer are crooks.. I mean seriously, CROOKS.
The search button is handy, but you can always...
Common sense will lead to the long life of ANY car. Just remember these easy steps:
You can't work on an empty stomach right? Keep the fuel filter clean and plenty of gas in the tank.
Can you live without air? Keep the air filters cleaned.
Can you run on rocks without shoes? Check your tires...
Ohh.. so there is no race. I thought the "you will loose...like others" type comment was meaning a show down.
At any rate... it's probably a aluminum poncho block

I had a few, but my old olumpus camera fried itself. I just haven't taken anymore. I'm wanting to wait until I get the same fabric I'm going to use in the production pieces put on the last of the prototypes, and then i'll be making 3-4 more for certain people to give it the test phase.
Don't...
If you want pure roadster fun, gen1 is your ticket. For Under 40K you can have a VERY nice gen1. Only thing to worry about mechanic wise is the head gaskets.
If you plan to drive alot and don't like open air, then a gen2 coupe is right up your alley.
Oh, and these are even easier to work on...
Saw a graphite dakota today, with "Envious Intentions" writtin on the windsheild (A stupid ricer wannabe type car club). The rear of the truck has a bumblebee stripe (like the chargers) with a viper logo in the center...However...logo was FACING THE WRONG WAY! This logo was probably a foot tall...
I run a mopar top and Vmania windows.
I don't recomend the mopar top, as aftermarket has a much beter method of mounting (no bar removal).
Vmania windows are very good, and only leak on me when used with the soft top. Other than that, very tight.

What other mods? Big HP requires big breathing.
If I was to run a large primary, I would put a muffler on the car to create back pressure, unless your going to dump it on the side of the car (in which case, it doesn't matter).

Actualy, the deal was "don't know a yugo from a big block" and "10,000 CASH" was involved. Never mentioned a race..
I'll take that bet too.. i'll fly down and say "nope.. thats not a yugo" and you can hand me my cash too
So what, we're tying to pit a stock V10 street viper against a...
Hell, it's probably an Arias block with worked aluminum 440 heads on it. Who knows.
What ever it is, it's not a mopar PRODUCTION block by a long shot... just like the aluminum pontiac "style" blocks aren't pontiacs, but they take poncho parts.
