I too went with PenFed based on recommendations from this forum. I too was not military, relative of miliatry, etc...but, for a one time fee of $15-$20 you can become a supporter of one of two assocations, which will then qualify you for membership into PenFed. It is very easy and it can be done...

That car looks like it could be a factory TT (very nice engine compartment), and those wheels, they are perfect for the car. I feel that aftermarket wheels on vipers can be tricky (usually too blingy) but those are just right! What model are they?

I actually like the look of the gold wheels on that car and the subtle little Sneaky Pete detail on the sides but it's very 1997 so mothball those suckers and get some sweet new rims.
