    More of the same from me... I bought some 3" SS tube and welded it to the flex pipe with an adapter fitting. It runs perfectly into the Corsa cat back. Wired in some O2 sims and the car runs and sounds so much better now. My next step is changing out the manifolds and getting everything Jet...

    So I just had to know when my build date was. Wait for it... Drum roll... 03/97!!! I guess I have one of the last first quarter 1997 Vipers built! (Add $1000) As a bonus, they painted it red to make it faster than all the rest. :D As to the OP's question about build dates...

    I clean the contacts from time time and that usually clears up any problems I have. Do you have two remotes or just one? If one works and the other doesn't, I would say it's a remote circuit board issue.

    Sounds like a challenge!!! As an addition to the copper vs alumnium debate, my radiator shop has mentioned that copper radiators can be rebuilt far easier and cheaper than aluminum should you ever spring a leak.

    My local shop said they could do a copper 3 core with stock tanks for around $500. I believe when I asked, they said it was about 1/2" thicker than stock. I'll call 'em up and get some more info. I have a stock one sitting around that could be used as a test mule.
