    drag racing Michelin tire pressures

    What you used above isn't bad you might try going down to about 20psi but i don't know if it will help you much more, there is only so much you can get out of the michelins for traction. Good luck and let us know how it goes!

    I get about 175 miles out of 15 gallons around town, best on highway was 300 miles running fifth gear and 80mph on 15 gallons.

    How is my track times for my mods?

    You can take the tire pressure down to around 20psi, and shift around 5500. I don't know if that will help much but you will get a little more tire on the ground. I am running kumho v700s. They are great for traction, 12.3 is not to bad especially if you haven't been to the track alot.

    Hey guys i have a question about my 96 gts, i ordered a set of plug wires from my local dodge dealer and went to put them on and about half of the wires are too short, keep in mind that they are numbered and there is no way of mixing them up, so i call the dealer back and ask if there is another...

    Motor hesitation at low RPM for few seconds when first started...

    My 96 GTS would hesitate really bad when the engine was cold and would jump and go at about half throttle, i ended up replacing one of my front o2 sensors. If you dont have a scanner to see o2 reading i would replace both up stream o2 sensors.

    halfshaft install

    Definitly easier with a lift, just remove the rear wheels, and take the shock assy. out completly, only two bolts, and remove the straps. Hardest part is removing and installing the straps.

    I am taking it to a place that puts it on a type of a dyno used for the diagnosis of vibrations so im hoping they can find something. I will let you know what i find.

    I think they spin them to 120, but not sure. Front rotors have been replaced too. As for feeling in the steering or shifter it is about the same in both.

    Hey guys i have a 96 GTS, i have been fighting a vibration for a while, it comes in at about 80 mph and doesnt really get any worse at higher speeds but it is still there, i feels as though it works its way from one end of the car to the other, say from front to back and goes a way for a moment...

    How much power is needed to run 11.0 index at V-10 Nats?

    Not sure what type dyno it was, but pretty sure it wasn't a mustang dyno, my car will hook very well on the kumho's, i think my best 60' was about a 1.70. Look in my photos there is a pic of the time slips, I would have never thought 405 would run 11.60s but i believe time slips more than dynos...
