The only adjustment is ONE knob. And a few runs gets you there. :rolaugh: Maybe you should come out to some of the events out at firebird and take your car through the course 20-30 times then you will know Bigger is much Better. :omg:
Not if you would buy Daves proportioning valve. Also the rear brake upgrade gives you a much larger rotor and the ability to have peace of mind on extended road course events.
My .02 ;)
I almost went the same route. I ended up going with Daves because he offers a complete system for the front and rear with a proportion valve for my 96. And bought Stoptech rotors from JonB. Hopefully you can balance your system with there kit. :)
I just recieved my stoptech aerorotors and exchanged my Bremsports. The Bremsports weight 25 lbs and the aerorotor weights 18. 7lbs off for each corner.:omg:
John at Parts Rack has a great deal on the Stoptech 2pc Aerorotor right now.:2tu:
Take a look a the drive srt site. They are the same double adjustable as the new ACR is being fitted with. If you would like to see what the Gen 2 KW look like go to the dc performance site and they have pics there.
Take a look at KW Suspension. Parts Rack sells them. They are cheaper than motons and penske and give you a coilover that will live on the street. And there standard issue for the new ACR's
The other problem with a polished manifold is that the injector sometimes have a problem sealing .I Know of two cars that it happened too.
Also polishing will hold the heat longer than a non-polished manifold.
They were a special production block different casting completely from the standard.
There is no motor mount provisions or accessories mounting ( power steering or a/c mounts) It uses a special crankshaft that wont fit in our blocks. Among alot of other difference's.
