I purchased Sean Roe's hose kit which has the bleeder valve molded into the hose. It works very well and all you have to do is loosen the valve with your fingers, listen for the air to bleed off followed by a little coolant and re-tighten.
Make sure the aftermarket warranty will cover a Viper. I tried several and all gave the thumbs down on a Viper. Ended up going through Chuck Tator @ Tator's Dodge (914-763-3136) for my DC warranty and I suggest you call him for the straight scoop on DC extended warranties.
We removed the plastic trim off of the door (post?) and used a pair of heavy channel locks to grip the metal and bend it into shape.
Sounds like the same problem that you are describing at the top of the post near the sport bar the top of the door did not align evenly. After the tweaking job...
Tom and I tried to get to Dynolab on Wed but the tractor crash which closed 75 nixed the appointment. We tried but found horrible grid lock on 41, turned around and HAD to stop for a couple of beers.
I picked one up at a local Frieght Harbor store and it works great. Steve-Indy said it all, it does require more effort to lift the car. It slides under the car easily and the price can't be beat.

New parts all the way, those panels have never been trashed before the wreck have they? No. Why would you let it be repaired, make them replace the panels.

Re: K&N Filter Yea or No?
I agree with GONABITE.
I compared K&N's side by side to S&B's and the quality difference is there. Matter of fact if you laid them down not knowung which is which you wouldn't pick K&N.
They along with smoothies made a BIG difference for my GENI...

and how they want to take your automotive freedoms away!
While reading a local car clubs newsletter I see where the state of Massachusetts has HB1882 which is pending legislation. It seems the great state of Massachusetts...
Tom,
My Viper is also 2’ off the ground getting EBC Greens and suspension detailing. I borrowed a friend’s rear caliper tool he used on his ’01 and guess what; it doesn’t fit (to big). I’ve been wondering what to do about it and your reply here has solved my problem.
Thanks
