    Got to give commonsense credit. I've owned both the 06' Z06 and the viper. Still have two vettes and he's right on every point. If you want a serious street racer, go with the Viper!:2tu:

    I'm hoping next year to have the interior redone by the guy that was at VOI but I can't remember his name. Starts with a V. At that time I will definetly do the stripe on the wheel! Must give most credit to Jeff, all I did was write the checks and provide the car!

    They're the forgeline S03P, black with the polished outer and inner rim and the diamond cut on each spoke. 20 x 13 rear and 19x10 in the front. I've got a set of the ZX3R for the track that are 18's all around but I wanted to fill the wheel wells a little better for the street.

    Jeff says we should have some cool pics any day now. JonB got a rush put on my new wheels so they should ship early next week and hopefully I can find a tire shop up in Holly, MI to mount some sticky rubber to them for jeff install on the car.

    I dissagree! I think it looks SWEET!! Course, I'm pretty partial to the 96 Grand Sport as well. Can't wait to get my Street Serpent, gonna have to do somethig to the interior of mine next year as well.:2tu:

    You should check with Jeff at A.P. Engineering. He makes a hood similar to the 08' for his street serpent package but I'm not sure its a direct fit replacent. His number is 248-329-2222.

    Never posted anything in a forum before but I'm too pshyched bout my street serpent conversion that Jeff at A.P. Engineering is doing for me not to start a new thread. So far he's removed stock body and I assume casting the new panels. Will be painted Sapphire Blue with black hood, top and deck...
