    Sometimes back pressure helps scavenge the exhaust which increases HP. A straight through pipe may hurt hp and torque at low rpm unless you are at WOT. Just my thoughts.

    How would a Chrysler group sell off affect the Viper?

    If the product has a good return on investment and the tooling is in place for the next model run then it will probably go forward. Re-tooling can cost upwards of 100 million$ Of course hostile stock holders in particular the huge hedge funds could cause a change in strategic direction anytime.

    I know several owners who are dumping in anticipation of the next version with rumoured 600+ hp. when the sticker comes out on that car for 110,000$-plus, the existng SRT prices should rise to fill the gap.

    Wait till one of these Z06's gets hit with frame damage. You can't just go in and bend that Aluminum back into shape. Lots of cutting and welding.

    Do you know how old the fuel filter is? How about the plug wires, do you have headers? Wires will breakdown under severe heat over time. Getting spark at the plugs?
