    Also, his mods are Bellenger longtubes, hi-flow cats, rear muffler delete, and it should be H/C, but unknown specs on either. Heffner is suppose to have built the car, but won't give any info (or can't?).

    Could be. Best course of action, rule out problems from the most cost effective to the least. Everything you mentioned would be considered a 'vacuum leak', controlled or not.

    Mine was like this, had to crush the factory filter to get it out but luckily AC Delco made one that would fit. It ended up being nice though, lots of room for charge piping :).

    Ok cool,that's what I wanted to know. My VEC has a 2.5 BAR MAP so I'm assuming that is one of the only added benefits? I guess we'll see how the tuner likes the VEC, if it's an issue, then SCT it is. I can probably get the same 2 BAR MAP out of a GN.

    Is it possible that you have front springs for a Gen I car? Springs designed for steel frame/heavier cooling system front end would raise the front on the aluminum/lighter cooling system gen II's.

    Dyno was a Dynojet, SAE, smoothing on 5, A/F reference was 13.2, and it was dead on until 5,700 where it went a tad rich. Keep in mind, he was on 20" wheels as well. Drivetrain loss sucks.
