What exactly did the dealership point out to you on the panel that made it look like a repaint. If the panel was removed and painted like it should have been, you would not have seen any signs.
The Penske's are all custom made (valving). The Motons Club Sports are off-the-shelf bolt on. This makes the Moton kit easier for people to buy & bolt-on. Depending on who you buy the Penske's from will make a great difference in the installation and setup.
I personally like the Penske shocks...
YES, I have tried many different combinations that lower the car with the stock shock bodies and different springs, threaded body sleeves, my own upper and lower spring seats - they all looked great but they handled very poorly. I did try it on a road course, and continuously bottom the shocks...
This setup is going to look great, however it will handle like crap. You may even want to add bump stops to the shocks and keep it far away from any tracks.
The Moton setup is nice because it offers a true bolt-on upgrade. With the Penske setup only a very limited number of shops actually know anything about them. The Penske system offered by Eric at EMS is the best setup out there PERIOD. When each Penske system is ordered, they are custom...
There is no cure for tramling with tires as wide as the Vipers. You can align, add Motons, change tires and you will still have a tramling issue. If you add 345's to a Benz it will also have a tramling problem. You should see how driving a Viper on Detroit roads feel:omg:
Actually the law states that removal or modification, including replacing the factory CATs with an aftermarket like the Random Tech is illegal.
The secondary factory CAT is far better then the crap that Random Tech sells. You should cut off the secondary CAT and make it a 3" inlet/outlet and...

When they did the engine dyno run, it is unlikely that it had the stock manifolds, cats and muffler, also what kind of a PCM was controlling the calibration? Your numbers look great, I wonder what if a factory engine would do the same.
Here is a new one for sale on Ebay:

"We also have KWs under $3300 !"
For the few hundred dollars extra, don't waste your time on the KW's, do a search and read some of the nightmares that people have had with the KW's. The Moton or Penske systems are sooooo much better:2tu:

I am still shocked that DCX used self tapping screws to fasten the under side of the sill. I pulled my sills of and installed rivnuts in all the holes and never had an issue again. My original screws fell out within 1000 miles of being new.
The only valve on the oil cooler circuit is a passive pressure bypass valve on the feed line. If you put the pressurized Accusump on the return line of the cooler circuit it sould be fine. There is NO type of active valve anywhere in the oil cooler circuit to control the oil flow during any...
