    MGW short throw shift knob

    Installed one in a 2000 GTS and one in a 2006 Coupe. Have only driven the GTS. Really like the length compared to the stock shifter. Especially in the 1-2 and 3-4 shifts. Installation is very easy. Just follow the directions that are enclosed. Each took about ten minutes.

    Clutch & Brake pedals loose

    Thanks. I will take a look at it in the next day or two and see if I can determine if that is it. This is not a difficult job other then getting under the dash to get to the pedals is it?

    Both of the pedals are loose and can easliy be moved about on a 2000 GTD. It there a simply fix to tightening these back up?

    The "International Viper Registry" on this site should have the numbers but it has not been updated since the '03 Model Year. Who keeps that information?

    skip shifting...who esle does it? Is this bad?? New Driver.

    I have 1,450 miles on my 2006 coupe and after the break in as "Scott in FL" suggests I do skip gears depending on the situtation. In low speed ares I often do 1, 2, 4. In higher spped areas like entering a freeway, 1,2,3,5. Has not affected the operation of the car whatsoever. Actually seems...

    Did they announce the 2008 Viper?

    If I recall correctly the new SRT10 Coupe was unveiled the first night in Dallas. It gave all the VOI attendees time to take a good look at the car. Many suggestions were made and DCX did incorporate some into the final design.
