for those that don't know, corning weighting and ride height is usally done with threaded adjustable spring perches, its really not practical to do with stock shock and spring shims.

"That wasn't very bright on VCA's part. I agree they should've just sent you a $20 refund check. If VCA ever gets fulltime paying jobs, I'd love to work for them and help get things straightened out on the National level. But for now, I'll stick with my VCA volunteer job as...
I wonder how old those ones are, they have a date code on the sidewall. If you go with those I would email and find out the date. I know tirerack a couple of years ago sold a bunch of rears real cheap that where dated 98-2000, if these are some of them they are getting old.
Here is a private message I got from gts800itllfly:
"Jay Herbert told me that very many Viper owner now after 14 years have purchased them used at relatively low prices $25-35 m. and are relatively modest income.
Look at how many do all the work themselves.
I know an owner of two VIPERs...
"but I was told by the Administrator to down play any hint of Financial success and he even removed that" all vehicles on signature were purchased new"."
are you serious, with the way people post here that is really hard to believe.
2001 timeslip and your 2002 mods from the sheet you filled out at the tech day, somethings not right.

"I know one owner who had them painted after purchase of solid color vehicle; I noticed a few defects;
1) I could feel the edge raised when I lightly rubbed my finger across the stripes."
Thats not a defect, you should be able to feel the stipes done by ASC...
Re: HELP - Those who have adjusted stock Koni\'s!!!
I am not trying to tell anyone what to set there shocks at I am pointing out the fact to have them equal left to right you will most likely need to dyno them. Haveing them balanced left to right is a big thing if you care about handling.
Re: HELP - Those who have adjusted stock Koni\'s!!!
"First of all, each of my OEM Konis were set different from the factory. Won't detail each one, however, I'm pissed they were not the same and am glad I set them myself today "
They were set different so they would be equal, setting them...
Re: Standard Konis are adjustable, I\'ve done it, its good
For those that set all shocks at the same turn in, you are probably way off as I just had my shocks dynoed. And to give you an example, I had to set one front at 3/4 turn and the other front at just over 1-1/8 turn to have them equal...
Dodge has allready ruined what special edition w/numbered plaques means. Seems like everytime you see a new color, you see a new special edition of 50/200 ect... Your car is becoming more rare then special editions w/plaques. Mine is 1 of 36 2001 red w/stripes, thats pretty rare but I...
"FYI-the letter that came with the model explains that the 2003 on the box is a misprint; a communication error somewhere along the line"
lol just using up all the old stock with the club
"The finish on mine got !(*)&@# when it came back from Arrow,"
me too, manifold and valve covers were trashed. I don't even think they were my parts as they were neglected.
"What is your experience with Sport Cups used on the street?"
over 10k plus miles on sport cups. I agree with Kai SRT10 in that they do like heat. After a 15 min drive they grip better then my pilot sports ever did. I would never think of getting on the gas as much in a turn without cups.

"time-wasters" = possible customers you will never know!
