OK so on one hand you say "modified who cares?" then on the other hand to prove your point you say "those vipers make alot less hp than the ones we have due to restrictions" so when you want to make your point it's OK to allow what would essentially be a modified Viper into the conversation ...

If you had any intelligence, or had ever driven one at all you'd know that there is a reason beyond the glamour factor that make cars like Porsche and Ferrari's in another class compared to cars like the GTR and Viper.
