Yep, the hole designations and descriptions look right per your guys posts. I have the long studs for the hard top and I matched the size with a standard bolt and it looks like the threads in the sport bar are metric. No standard coarse or fine thread bolt in my vast 35 year old collection...- lobo

I'm probably doing a terrible job at describing this and I need to shoot a photo when I get home and post it. The pad has two slots built in on top for the soft top to "hook" into. That whole assembly is removed from the car and the hard top is held in place by two long bolts which screw into...- lobo

Just bought first viper how did i do?
Hey edmonton, I just bought mine last week and am a new guy here too. Sounds like a nice ride. I opted to drive mine from Ga to Fl also instead of shipping it...you're gonna love it. Please post some pics when you can and don't forget the Fuzz Buster :) .- lobo

Being a moderator on another forum I know how important the search function is in order to not ask redundant and newbie questions, but I did a search and came up empty...probably not calling the pad by the correct name. My hard top replaces the targa bar pad and when I removed the hard top...- lobo

I'm brand spanking new. Just bought a '94 Viper and this looks like the place to be. I'm 52 and have built/owned my share of cars, bikes, etc, but these cars are in a class by themselves for sure.- lobo
