Ok, got the letter. It's the $300.00 gift cert. That's it! Talked to my buddy who is also my business lawyer and he stated that by accepting the letter does not imply consent or agreement to the fix situation. If you use the gift cert. that's another story. It could be viewed as acceptance.
Russ, good suggestion. Can you get me his number please. I'd also like to know why you think PVO would go for this. I don't think they will but I certainly hope your right!
I was contacted by Autoweek on Monday about the SRT-10 intake valve problem. I have not responded yet. I really don't want to rip DC just yet but as time passes without an acceptable solution I certainly will air my opinions. I would rather keep this in the family. Negative press is just
around...
I've suggested for 6 weeks to ISG, DC and several national and regional office holders that they send a tech to each region and have the work done. No positive responses. It is also a good suggestion to have the cars already done be inspected by the tech to verify the work. Again, we are on our...
I basically agree with Chris. This issue should have been resolved in a more customer friendly matter but as far as I'm concerned it has not! We pay $85,000 or more for a car, wait up to a year for it to arrive and then are told it needs to be ripped into for new valves. Then we are told to go...
Today in San Jose, Ca it was hot so I tried the air conditioning. Nothing. Turned on the fan system, turned the temp. control to cool air and the selection dial to max air cond. and then pushed the button. Nothing! Anybody else experienced this problem, am I doing something wrong?
I also received notification that a letter was waiting for me at the post office from ISG. I agree with Mike, signing for the letter only acknowledges you receipt, nothing more. I will read mine tomorrow and let you know what it says.
Hello shawalka, I'm here. I have an Srt-10 and even though it has the valve problem it truly is a great car. The handling and braking are fantistic. The car is fun to drive and people really like asking me about it. You should get one ASAP. Some good deals out there!
Have a good one!

Sorry to hear about your situation. That sucks! Black is a tough color to maintain. I also have the valve problem and am not sure where to take my car to. In our region we have been working on the problem for over 6 weeks with ISG and DC with no positive results. Instead of spending a...
I also have the valve problem. In the NorCal area we have a problem with qualified techs due to dealership changes, etc. I have talked to ISG and DC on several occasions with no positive results. Currently I am working with several other Vipers owners to resolve the situation in our region. We...
Re: Any major or minor problems with there SRT\'s???
Other then the valve situation I have had no other problems with the SRT-10. The windshield wiper controls are situated in a place where I seem to always be hitting it and starting the wipers but that is operated error. It's a fantastic car...
The Parts Rack has them and I just found some on the Dupont Regristy website. On the DP site go to Viper accessories. There not bad. They also have several other trim items for the exterior and interior.
I agree with Fred. ISG is useless. Talked to them on several occasions with no positive results. DC should spend the money on solving our problem in a more constructive way. DC has stated on several occasions how valuable they consider Viper owners but I do not see it in this case.
Has anyone out in Viper land had the intake valve work done yet. If so, was there any performance increase. In Northern CA we are trying to decide what our best option is, if any. Fred Kinder is doing a great job in trying to resolve the situation. Also wanted to say that I am a new VCA member...
